I am Saleh Nidal Taslaq, a Senior HCM Technology Manager at D360 Bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My journey in technology began at the University of Petra, Jordan, where I studied Management Information Systems (2004–2008), graduating with a Kafaa Exam score of 93% — ranking 4th in my university and 79th nationally out of 1,800 students across Jordan.
My professional career began in Amman, Jordan at PC.Net (2008), where I developed my first skills in business development and ERP support. I then moved to Saudi Arabia, joining NourNet in Dammam as a Network Engineer before moving to Asawer Gulf in Riyadh (2009–2011), where I delivered 5 full-cycle Sage ERP 300 implementations and grew my expertise in business analysis and server administration.
From 2011 to 2014, I joined Electronic Business Transaction Company (BDO) in Riyadh as an IT Specialist, completing 7 full-cycle Sage ERP 300 implementations and over 50 Time Attendance & Security system deployments — serving as Project Manager and pre-sales consultant across numerous enterprise clients.
The most transformative chapter of my consulting career came at Al Falak / Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) in Khobar (2015–2022), where over 8 years I delivered 14 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM implementations, 1 Taleo Enterprise Edition implementation, and 3 JD Edwards on-premises implementations — serving banking, healthcare, real estate, and enterprise clients across the GCC. I became a specialist in Oracle KSA & UAE Payroll, Fast Formula, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.

Since January 2023, I have been serving at D360 Bank in a series of progressively senior roles — from Oracle HCM Manager to HCM Technology Manager to my current position as Senior HCM Technology Manager. In this role I have led full implementations of Oracle HCM, Payroll, ORC, OLC, Performance & Goals, Health & Safety, and oversee Oracle ERP Finance and Procurement — delivering enterprise-grade HCM solutions that power one of Saudi Arabia's leading digital banks.
I hold 3 Oracle Cloud certifications in Payroll and Global HR, a PMP course certification, a CCNA, and 7 professional banking compliance certifications. With 18+ years of experience, 14+ Oracle Cloud implementations, and 50+ total projects delivered, I bring a rare combination of strategic leadership, deep technical expertise, and hands-on delivery capability.
